Best dessert without sugar – Dates

First of all Dates  have lots of benefits for our health .

They  are extremely rich in antioxidants and being good sources of fibre ,therefore they can help to solve your constipation . They help regulate cholesterol, lower blood pressure levels ,enhancing male fertility, They are high in potassium. Dates have been found to offer protection against oxidative stress and inflammation in the brain.It also contains natural sugars like sucrose, fructose, and glucose – all of which offer an energy boost.They  contain vitamins C and D that work on the skin elasticity and  also contain good amounts of magnesium.

After all these extreme benefits lets try to eat it a different way.

In my recipe; I prefer  to use Medjool  dates  because  they are large and delicious and  have a toffee-like flavour. The benefits of each variety are similar.
