1-Studied
Of course you surely studied and prepared for your subjects, so on the day avoid learning new topics as you are more likely to confuse yourself. Last minute revision requires having an overview of all your notes and each topics in the textbook. It is proven by researchers that reading aloud while studying and revising help the brain remember information and obtain knowledge.
Please be aware, without studying and putting in the effort you are not going to pass. Everyone can achieve good grades, its effort over talent that help individuals strive for their success.

Within the first 20 minutes when you wake up, what your hear influences your spirt for the rest of your day. feed your subconscious mind with motivational speech and positive thoughts to help you stay hopeful. best way to avoid fear and doubt is by chakra opening meditation.Many are available on youtube. My recommendation is “Meditative Mind-All & Chakras healing Chants”. It is a one hour meditation without any words, it increases awareness and focus. Also, know that you can meditate anywhere for example, by making you breakfast, on your way to your exam and getting ready in the mornings.
3. Believe & Trust your self
Your self-worth and value is far more important than the exam. Once you adapted to the secret of believing in your own creation then you will succeed with anything and anywhere . You will not win in life, if you are loosing in your mind. If your mind is strong ,than your life will become strong. Focus on the now, and let your path reveal itself along the way. Ignore any negative thought and feeling and ignore what other people think and feel about you. You are in control of your car in the drivers seat!

4.Breakfast
Nerves before the exam is completely normal, eating before the exam means that your brain will have the nutrients to function effectively. I recommend eating a light breakfast.
5.Drink Water
Water is a way of life .Drinking lots of water help increase energy levels and makes you feel fresh. It is an essential part of your life let alone exam because, If you are dehydrated, you will lost your concentration and focus.
6. Revise
Obviously ,it is not impossible to revise one night before exam and get good grade.But if you feel to look your notes ,you can skim through.Do not over doing otherwise you will confuse your self.
You always have to believe that things are working out for you not matter what. Being patient and trusting the process means that you believe you will receive the seed you have sowed. Don’t let worry, fear and anxiety make you dig up what you have planted just to see if its growing.
7. Routine
Don’t change you everyday routine before the exam .There are many temptations to change your routine as its seen as ‘beneficial’ to your exam grade. Do every day routine. For example, if you usually do not walk to school, then don’t attempt to walk on the day, If you like to drink coffee, then drink it before the exam.
Don’t engage in different practises that you do not normally do.
8.Lavender Oil
You can put some lavender oil in your wrist. When you are in exam smell your wrist. Lavender oil is reduce your anxiety levels and help keep calm.
